A.A.S in Sign Language Interpreting
Rachel first started learning ASL in 2008 from friends and fell in love with the language and Deaf community. She took ASL as a foreign language her Junior and Senior year of high school. There, she decided to become an interpreter. She graduated from OSU-OKC ITP program with an A.A.S in Sign Language Interpreting. She currently holds a QA 2/3, and is registered with the SDE. She’s been a K-12 public school staff interpreter since January of 2017 and an IC with SLRS since 2019. She enjoys music, cars, animals, and leisure activities!
